I called in just before they closed as I needed my gears adjusted, the technician jumped onto it immediately and my bike been working perfectly ever since.
The price he charged me was incredibly reasonable and it’s the best service I’ve received anywhere.
I will be getting my bike fully serviced here next time.

I’ve been into the store a number of times now and have found all the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. The workmanship by the mechanic, Ash, has always been second to none and his advice has always been excellent. The friendly Bike City Warehouse staff are very knowledgeable and provide outstanding service! Ash explained how to fit new parts. And, whilst servicing my bike, he also provided me with very helpful advice and showed me how to repair/maintain my bike. Bike City Warehouse also have plenty of bike accessories and great bikes to suit all needs and ages. I highly recommend Bike City Warehouse.
